Cohort 4 | Online Information Session & Social Innovation Exploration Series
April 18 @ 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Impact Innovation Lab will be holding an Information Session and Social Innovation Exploration Series Webinar on April 18, 2024. Themed “Innovative Ideas to Alleviate Poverty and Foster Social Inclusion,” the upcoming webinar will focus on how social innovation plays an active role in poverty alleviation and social inclusion. Our guest speakers, Michelle, co-founder of Mealingful Limited, and Oliver, co-founder & Director of DOSHA woodcraft, will share their innovative projects, delving into the challenges and opportunities encountered during their social entrepreneurship journey.
To address the needs of vulnerable groups, both are making efforts in various ways, bringing positive impacts to the community. Michelle co-founded “Mealingful” to promote soft meals. Their services enable the elderly and people with swallowing difficulties to enjoy food and to regain the dignity of eating. Co-founded by Oliver and her team, “DOSHA Woodcraft,” specializes in creating eco-friendly wooden products. One of their projects reclaimed wood and made furniture for subdivided flat residents to improve their living conditions.
Following the webinar, an information session will provide detailed information about the Fourth Cohort, including the details of the training and seed funding application. Join us in your journey towards impactful social ventures!
