Social Innovation Exploration Series & Information Session of Cohort 1
Aligning the theme of "grassroot empowerment", Impact Innovation Lab organizes a Social Innovation Exploration Series, which is a webinar by inviting two experienced social entrepreneurs will look through their bittersweet social innovation journeys with the audience under the theme of “How the Social Enterprises Empower the Grassroots”. The guest speakers not only told their stories of entrepreneurship, but also provided advices and tips on applying fund and running social enterprise. Meanwhile, an information session was conducted on the same day, which provided detailed information about Cohort 1, including the timeline, evaluation criteria and application procedures. Introduction of Social Innovation & Briefing Session
This is an orientation session for you to learn about the detailed schedule and content of Impact Innovation Lab. Additionally, this session will help you to understand the basic idea of social innovation and design thinking framework. As a kick-start event, it will be a good chance for you to meet others and network!

Idea Generation & Prototyping Bootcamp
Weekend Hackathon for participants to form teams and work on a social innovation idea. They will have a chance to practice their skill and grow their mindset via the experience. It will be a theme-based boostcamp and participants will have experiential activities to build their empathy on the specific topic.

Weekly tutorial session
In order to help the participants to fine-tune their proposal, the weekly tutorial sessions will be held on each Saturday via online. This session includes different topics, such as system change, impact measurement and pitching skill. By inviting the experts of those topics, they will deliver a sharing session to the participants.
