Kitty Yip | Co-founder of ADDOILMUSIC

Kitty Yip is a social worker. She founded Addoilmusic in 2013 by composer/producer Bryan Yeung, comprising a team of musicians, composers, lyricists and instructors. Believing in the power of music to connect people, Addoilmusic offers professional and innovative music services to corporations, NGOs, schools, and the public. These services help generate resources to develop the potential of underprivileged but talented young musicians and provide them with job opportunities in music education and production.

Neil Shih | Co-founder of define CLEAN

Neil Shih is the co-founder of define CLEAN. Since the COVID-19, the use of cleaning products has rapidly increased. However, the production of these products significantly creates a staggering amount of pollution and plastic waste, which eventually fills our landfills and oceans, and affects our ecosystem. In view of these problems, Neil Shih founded define CLEAN, which produces environmentally friendly cleaning products without using plastic containers. Apart from environmental protection, Neil Shih empowers the women in low-income families by hiring them on the production line of the package. At the same time, Neil Shih allows them to take care of children at home, while helping with product testing and learning to write reports. With those professional skills, it increases the income of women in the long term.
